Sign up is possible until 31 March 2026 at the latest.
Registration is final after paying € 250 as a deposit, an invoice will be sent for this.
A final invoice will be sent as soon as the number of persons and the chosen package are known. Only once this invoice has been paid will registration be final.

MATCH INFORMATION

Minimum of five matches per team.

4 x 8 minutes of pure playing time for the U12, U14, U16 and U19 competition.

15-minute warm-up before the start of the match.

10-minute breaks between matches.

2 official referees per match according to FIBA regulations.

Judges for the jury table are provided by PrismaWorx BAL.
CATERING
- For teams staying at a hotel owned by the organisation, breakfast will be served at the hotel.
- For all teams, lunch in the afternoon and dinner in the evening will be served during the tournament at venues close to the competition venues.
- Teams arriving on friday 14 May will also be offered dinner that evening.
- At each competition venue, there is a sports bar at which drinks and food can be bought for a fee.
OVERNIGHT
- All teams will stay in hotels with at least 3 stars, a maximum 30-minute drive from the competition venues in Weert.

TRANSPORT
Arriving by car or bus: Weert is easily accessible from all directions via the A2 motorway
Arrive by train: Weert has a central train station and is easily accessible.
Arrive by plane: Nearest airports are Eindhoven and Düsseldorf
During the tournament, shuttle service is available for teams arriving in Weert without their own transport. The cost for 4 days shuttle service is € 30, per person (pick-up and drop-off to airport, match venues and overnight location
